Friday Night Menu

Tonight we're having Kung Pao Chicken. Thank you 'Bobby in Recipes' for the inspiration.

I am using Honey Roasted peanuts from the Girl Scouts Fall Fundraiser instead of unsalted peanuts. It's what I have on hand and will probably give the Kung Pao a sweet twist.

Please support your local Girl Scouts (and give your diet a break too).
